Our Story

We met through the Integrated Management Student Fellowship at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. While we come from different backgrounds and areas of study, we quickly discovered that we shared the same vision: creating a world where every girl has the opportunity to reach her full potential.

Sport has been a meaningful part of each of our journeys. It gave us more than just a place to compete—it taught us leadership, resilience, confidence, communication, and the value of teamwork. These experiences shaped who we are, and they inspired us to ensure that other girls have access to the same opportunities.

What we Founded

ElevateHER

Creating spaces where girls can lead, grow, and thrive through movement, mentorship, and community connection.

ElevateHER is a student-led organization dedicated to empowering girls through sport by connecting them with opportunities, role models, and a supportive community. We believe that every girl deserves access to experiences that build confidence, develop leadership, and foster lifelong well-being. Through school-based programming, community events, mentorship, and partnerships with local organizations, we create spaces where girls can explore different sports, learn from inspiring women, and discover pathways to leadership both on and off the field. By bringing together athletes, coaches, educators, parents, and community organizations, we're building a stronger, more inclusive community of support for the next generation.
